Winter Craft Faire (setup at 9:30a)
- What
- Winter Craft Faire (setup at 9:30a)
- When
- 12/1/2023, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
This year, we will be inside and outside of the MPR on the main level of campus.
Any food items being sold must be individually packaged.
You can begin setting up your table at 9:30am on Friday - not before.
When you arrive, you will need to look for your marked table to set up at. Your name card will be on half of a 6' table and shared with another crafter. If you have a partner, you and your partner(s) will share half of the table with another crafter. (Do not adjust the height of the tables.). It is up to you to keep your wares on your half of the table. Remember to bring a tablecloth or covering for your half of the table for display and make sure your prices are easy for buyers to see. It is a good idea to have some change on hand as well.
The Craft Fair will run from 10am -2pm.
If you sell out, you may pack up your space early, but otherwise, you are expected to stay for the duration of the craft fair.
Parents of Elementary Students - this is not a dropoff event. You will need to supervise your child.
* If you are planning on staying and supporting your TK-5 student, you need to be a cleared volunteer.
* Please make sure you sign in and get a volunteer sticker to wear.
* If another parent is helping you out, see Kerry or Katie to designate who is supervising your child.
* This is a great opportunity to focus on teaching money - identifying coins and giving change.
Middle school students:
* Nature Academy students will be in the same area together under the new shade structure.
* Set up begins at 9:30am
* You are responsible to your parent volunteers assigned/helping you.
* If you sell out early, you will clean up and join the rest of your class, following teacher instructions.
* Table partner requests are not guaranteed unless you are selling and sharing the same items together.
* Music will be provided. Please do not bring your own.
