QH DUE DATE to signup for Kayaking 10/20 or 10/27

Kayaking has been opened up to ALL Quail Hollow Homeschool students - including our 2nd graders (and our two 1st grader students) Due to our large number of participants, our guide will now offer our class 2 dates: October 20th and October 27th.  You choose which date works best for you and sign up on the attached sheet. Our amazing Parent Booster Club voted to cover the cost of our enrolled students kayaking.  Each family will need to pay $45 for each parent(s) attending.  If you want to go, you must choose which date to attend and sign up on the corresponding sign up sheet below.  Consider carpooling - there is a $10 parking fee.  Each participant (parent and student) will need to fill out a waiver - attached below.  Please print out, sign, and bring back to class ASAP.  There will also be copies available in class.  As with all our excursions, this is a non school sponsored event and attendance is optional.  Any questions, please ask.  Last day to sign up is Friday, September 15th. Make checks out to Fall Creek Booster Club.
