Included below are the sign-up sheets for the History San Jose trip. If you are interested in attending and your name is not currently on the list, please add your name and how many students/siblings will be joining you. We will have 2 separate groups; one from 9:30-10:45, and one from 11:10-12:25. Because we had so many families sign-up for the afternoon group, we did have to move the families that raised their hands during our last parent meeting to the morning group. If this no longer works for you, please let us know. We will be sending our final list of participants to History San Jose next Friday, November 10th, so please sign-up by then!
