This is a friendly reminder that we need to have your kayaking waivers turned in ASAP. There are two outings available to choose - Oct 20 and Oct 27

We need a separate waiver for each participant - student and parent.

Please print it out (it is 2-sided) and return it on Monday when you stop by for picture day or

Tuesday when you bring your child to class.  Attached is the waiver or you can pick up a hard

copy from Katie to fill out.


* Some of you may have turned in a single waiver, but it is still needed for either the parent

or child.


Remember, Boosters is covering the cost for enrolled students.  Parents, you will need to

cover your cost of $45 to attend.  Money can be brought to school or preferable to
